Sales Director - Iberia

Role Overview

Following a successful period of technical development and regulatory approvals, Nuclivision is now broadening the commercial rollout of Nuclarity across Europe. To that end, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and hands-on hunter to join as Sales Director, to lead and grow our commercial activities in Spain & Portugal.

Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will own the full sales cycle in the region — from prospecting to close — and play a central role in shaping our go-to-market approach in the region.

‍

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CCO to iterate and execute on the commercial go-to-market strategy and sales plan for Iberia.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities through direct sales and partnerships with nuclear medicine centers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with clinical stakeholders, effectively articulating Nuclarity's clinical and operational value proposition.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, demonstrating, negotiating, and closing — while maintaining accurate CRM records throughout.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies.
  • Participate in relevant conferences and congresses to represent Nuclivision and engage with prospective customers.
  • Provide market insights, sales forecasts, and competitor analysis to Nuclivision's leadership team.

‍

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in healthcare, with an emphasis on medical imaging, nuclear medicine, or clinical software (preferably SaaS) solutions.
  • A good understanding of MedTech applications, in particular AI and medical imaging software.
  • Proven success in hunting for and closing new business in clinical settings.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive commercial growth in a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • BA/BS degree or higher.
  • Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience specifically in nuclear medicine, radiology, or radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Established network within the nuclear medicine or broader medical imaging industry in Spain & Portugal.
  • Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary with a performance-based variable component.
  • Plenty of ownership — work directly with the leadership team to drive Nuclivision's commercial growth across your region.
  • Change healthcare for the better — bring AI-powered PET imaging into clinical practice and make a real difference for patients and physicians.
  • Flexible perks — laptop, phone subscription, expense reimbursements, and other perks adapted to your contract.
  • Stay connected and keep growing — join regular online sessions and in-person team meetups, with opportunities to share learnings and sharpen your skills.

Location: Remote (Iberia) | Travel required within Spain & Portugal (~40%)
